Up to 400 guests, but ~200 guests for most full-scale weddings and events.

Primarily late spring through fall (we don’t host winter weddings due to snow).

One event per week, with a limited number of dates each season.
Infrastructure
Tented ceremony & reception spaces, event-grade power, and luxury restroom trailers included in wedding packages.
Bar
BYOB-friendly with licensed/insured bartenders; no venue corkage fees.
Transportation
Guest shuttles to and from Steamboat are required and fully built into how we operate.
