1 / Do you provide Coordination?
Not at this time, but we’ll happily connect you with experienced local coordinators who know our venue well and can help bring your vision to life.
2 / Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes! You’re free to choose any licensed vendors you’d like. We simply require a copy of their insurance or business license.
3 / What happens if it rains?
We’ve got you covered—literally! Each package includes a structure for shelter and we’ll work with you to adjust timelines or layouts based on weather. There are multiple backup plans to keep everyone dry and comfortable.
4 / Are shuttles required?
Per our county permit, all guests must arrive via a local shuttle service. Exceptions can be made for the wedding party, elderly guests, and those with special needs or young children. Also if there is no drinking involved, you're welcome to drive.
